Delicious Breakfast Experience

I really enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel, it was hearty and set me up for the day! Our servers, Juan Pedro, Cristobal, and Josie, were incredibly attentive and made us feel welcome. The live music on our last morning added a perfect touch. Tipping is definitely worth it here! I appreciated the quality and variety on the buffet, and I felt it was one of the highlights of my stay.

Comfortable and Clean Rooms

My room was on the 3rd floor with a lovely balcony facing the square. It was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, which significantly enhanced my comfort. The air conditioning kept the room perfectly cool, and I really appreciated the strong hot water for showers. I slept like a baby with no noise disturbances at all, which is a rarity!

Beautiful Pool Areas

I absolutely loved the three pools at this hotel! The rooftop pool, complete with cabanas and lounge chairs, was a perfect escape. I had a lovely time relaxing there while enjoying the stunning views. This peaceful atmosphere was exactly what I needed after exploring the bustling streets of Playa del Carmen. I also enjoyed the ground floor pools that were surrounded by lush plants.

Awesome Entertainment Options

The ambiance of the hotel was fantastic, especially with the occasional live music during breakfast. I loved the relaxed vibe of the place. There was also coffee and tea available all day in the lobby, which was a great perk for a caffeine boost whenever I needed it. The entertainment options made my experience just that much better as it added to the fun atmosphere of the hotel.
